De directeur van het Centraal Nautisch Beheer Noordzeekanaalgebied, tevens (Rijks-)havenmeester, maakt het volgende bekend:
Ten behoeve van de vernieuwing van het gelijkwater meetsysteem van de Zuider sluis te IJmuiden, is deze sluis gestremd op:
8 juli 2020 van 07:00 uur tot 15:00 uur.
Indien het door omstandigheden niet mogelijk is om de werkzaamheden op bovengenoemde dag te verichten, worden deze op 9 juli 2020 van 07:00 uur tot 15:00 uur uitgevoerd.
De stremming duurt zo kort als mogelijk of zo lang als noodzakelijk.

Closure of the IJmuiden South Lock
Period: Wednesday, July 8, 2020 – 07:00 to 15:00
Area: IJmuiden sluis
The Director of the Central Nautical Management North Sea Canal Area, who is also the (State) Harbour Master, announces the following:
Due to the renewal of the system to measure water level differences before and after the lock gates of the IJmuiden South Lock, the lock will be closed for navigation on the following date/times:
• 08 July 2020, from 07.00 hours to 15.00 hours LT.
If, due to circumstances, these activities cannot be carried out on 08 July, they will be carried out on 09 July 2020 from 07.00 to 15.00 LT.
The closure will be as short a possible or as long as necessary.
