Although we are all in bad weather and have to deal with a lot of uncertainties, we are currently preparing the river cruise planning for the 2021 Season, which we will publish by the end of November (exact date and time to be defined).
It is important for you to know that we will prepare a ‘Corona planning’ for the 2021 season, which implies the following:
1.Double docking not allowed in Amsterdam and Zaanstad
2.Maximum reservation time: 72 hours
3.Corona cancellation rules:
Free cancellation until 31th January 2021
Per the 1st of February we will charge a handling fee of € 50 for all cancellations.
The above mentioned rules will be in force as long as the ‘corona regimen’ is in force.
Consequences for your reservations – take action asap
Due to the above measures we only use half of our docking places and therefore we cannot confirm each reservation, especially in April, but also in the other months. Therefore we kindly ask you to cancel reservations of which you already know that you will not use them.
Secondly, we request you to check your current reservations and, if necessary, modify the length of the reservations. In case a reservation exceeds the 72 hours the ETD will be shortened by the planning system.
Reservations that cannot be confirmed will be put on a ‘waiting list’ which will be monitored monthly and will be planned and confirmed when docking places come free.
